OVER TEAK srl is an organization certified according to the SA8000 standard
OVER TEAK respect the requirements for an ethically correct behavior of companies and the production chain towards workers as regards:
– child and child labor;
– forced or compulsory labor;
– health and safety;
– freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining;
– discrimination;
– disciplinary practices;
– working hours;
– the salary;
– control of suppliers.
OVER TEAK, given the strategic importance of these issues, also requires particular attention to its suppliers, within their companies.
OVER TEAK has established its commitment to workers’ rights in the attached and freely downloadable “Policy for social responsibility” document, together with the SA8000 standard.
OVER TEAK recognizes the right to submit complaints and reports about non-compliance with workers’ rights
This possibility is reserved not only for employees but also for suppliers and external parties, who for this purpose, even anonymously, can use the appropriate reporting form published on this web page.
The report or complaint can also be submitted by ordinary mail, to the address:

OVER TEAK pays particular attention to the issue of child and child labor
OVER TEAK has established particular precautions and rules for managing the employment relationship in the case of hiring minors, in compliance with the relevant regulations, and places an absolute ban on child labor.
OVER TEAK has also established a remedial procedure for child labor in the event of involuntary or intentional presence of child workers in the workplace.
OVER TEAK therefore also requires its suppliers to pay particular attention to these issues, within their companies, including the adoption of remedial procedures, if necessary.
